At all times the copyright on all photographs shown on this website belongs to www.dicksondigital.com. Under no circumstances will ownership or intellectual copyright be transferred to another individual, organisation, group or company.

What you purchase

You are purchasing the right to display the print for your own private use and not for editorial or commercial use. You do not have permission to copy, duplicate, re-produce, loan, sell or give to another in exchange for goods or services. No form of reproduction is permitted without prior written permission from the copyright owners.

Access to images on this site does not authorise their use. You are not permitted to copy, download, publish, reproduce, re-post, duplicate, re-transmit or distribute any site content or part of it without prior permission from the copyright owners.

Returns Policy Photographic print orders arriving damaged

If you have ordered a photographic print that arrives with damage to the packaging that in turn damages the product inside, please return the order complete with packaging to us within 7 days of receipt to www.dicksondigital.com, 87 Jericho Road, Crossgar, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 9LQ. Once we have received the damaged order we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund including the cost of delivery.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect print due to a processing error on our part please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of the order to www.dicksondigital.com, 87 Jericho Road, Crossgar, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 9LQ. Please contact us to let us know if you would prefer us to send the item originally ordered out to you or issue you a full refund for the item. We will send the replacement or issue a refund as soon as we receive the item back from you.

Items no longer required - "Cooling off period"

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

If you have received a photographic print order that you no longer require, please contact us within 7 working days of the day after receipt of the order. Please return the item with all packaging to www.dicksondigital.com, 87 Jericho Road, Crossgar, Downpatrick, County Down, BT30 9LQ. Once we have received the product/s in saleable condition we will issue a full refund less any delivery charges. We regret that the cooling off period does not apply to bespoke orders where a personalised caption has been ordered

Photographic print orders

United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland 5 to 7 Days* from the date of order. Photographic print orders are dispatched, usually within 5 to 7 working days, using the Royal Mail 'First Class' delivery service.

For the month of December one should allow more time for urgent orders a two day delivery service is available**

NB: Two-Day Delivery Service. A two-day delivery service is available for urgent orders. Orders are sent by Royal Mail '24hr Parcel Post" and they guarantee to deliver before 1pm on the next working day after dispatch. NB: Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday).

Please contact us before 1pm two days before delivery is required. We will attempt to send orders placed after 1pm but these orders cannot be guaranteed.

There is an additional £8.00 charge for this service for delivery to an address outside the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Photographic print orders to addresses outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland are sent using Royal Mail "24hr Parcel Post" service. These orders are traceable once they have reached the destination country. Please allow an additional 5-7 working days plus the standard delivery time of 5-7 days. Total 12 - 14 days. Every effort is made to ensure all international orders are sent as quickly as possible. International delivery times are subject to flight schedules, local customs formalities and prevailing local conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
