All www.dicksondigital.com images are 'rights managed' and pending image rights clearance are available for Usage Rights such as advertising, branding, brochures, direct mail and marketing etc.

Official sponsors can make the most of their relationship with their team or sports personality using the finest the images of them in action for promotional materials.

We don't charge search fees, will send on high-res comping images upon request and work with your deadlines in mind.

About pricing and image rights

Pricing of images for "Usage Rights" is based on usage fees, i.e. how and where the image will be used, for what period of time and other factors such as how many images are being purchased.

We will request these usage details from you and then e-mail a cost for use based on them. Should the usage details of the image increase at any time, additional fees would apply and we ask that we are informed of any planned change.

As regards 'image rights' although www.dicksondigital.com are the sole copyright holders and owners of all our images, clients may need to seek clearance from individuals, sporting bodies, or owners of any intellectual property contained in an image they wish to purchase for commercial use. We will assist you with who to contact regarding 'rights clearance', and offer any advice we can on dealing with this important issue effectively.
